Typically, Chiro sessions (return consultations) don’t last more than 10 minutes however our local Chiro sessions go for about 20-30 minutes minimum.

Typically, local Chiro clinics can charge anywhere between $45 to $200 for Chiropractic sessions.

Not all Chiropractic clinics offer Medicare coverage however we’re happy to inform you that we do. However it is important to note that you must be eligible for medicare funded Chiropractic care. In order to be eligible, you must have a chronic condition and a medicare card.
As part of your Medicare coverage you are entitled to up to five bulk billed chiropractic visits a year fully paid for by Medicare. This is organised by your GP through a Chronic Disease Management plan (CDM) or Team Care Arrangement (TCA).
Your GP will create a specific chronic disease management (CDM) plan for you and they can then refer you to a local Chiro on a team care arrangement (TCA) for up to 5 visits. All your costs will be bulk billed to medicare.
Although Chiropractic care has no direct correlation to weight loss, there is evidence that suggests Chiropractic treatments can contribute to weight loss if combined with a healthy lifestyle.
First you will need to consult your GP about your specific conditions and discuss with them your eligibility for Chiropractic care under a CDM plan. If you are eligible your GP will send us your TCA referral and we can then make a time for you to come in for your first visit that is fully funded by medicare.
