Rehabilitation exercises are extremely important, as they will help to improve the longevity of relief provided from chiropractic treatment. Muscle imbalance is a major contributor to poor posture, which then leads to pain. By working on strengthening weak muscles and stretching tight muscles we can regain muscle balance in the body, corrected posture, as well as improved joint movement.
